About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, low, stuck, uncertain? Perhaps you’re caught in repeating patterns, looping negative thoughts, anxiety without cause, relationship struggles, feeling misunderstood, with difficult memories from the past or confusion on what the future holds. Whether it’s your first time seeking therapy or you have tried before, my approach is unique - holistic, forward-thinking, and emotionally-oriented.

My name is Bea, I am a clinical psychologist and counsellor with over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings: higher education, healthcare, community and independently in private practice. The whole point of psychotherapy for me is that I believe in the power of insights, and that everyone can lead a fulfilling life as a result of them.

I designed my practice based on the Psychodynamic approach - here we explore common types of mental health concerns, including general information, signs and symptoms, treatment options, self-care and how therapy can help. Mental health issues can have a profound impact on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

We all have mental health, and what affects our daily lives varies between each of us. The important thing to remember is that support is available, and we are not alone in our journey.
