Common questions
Can I change my therapist after being matched?
Yes. If your match does not feel right, let us know and we will find someone better at no extra cost. Rematching is always free.
How long does matching take?
You will receive your therapist match within 24 hours of completing your matching conversation. Most clients hear back the same day.
How do I join as a therapist?
We are always looking for experienced, accredited therapists to join our network. Visit our For Therapists page or email admin@aligned.co.uk to find out more.
What if I’m in crisis right now?
Aligned is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support, contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or NHS 111.
