About Me
I’m an integrative therapist offering a grounded, compassionate space for people navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, identity questions, trauma or relationship difficulties. My approach is rooted in humanistic and person-centred traditions, with a strong emphasis on the healing potential of a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship.
Many of my clients are high-functioning but inwardly struggling, feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing or chronic stress. They’re often seeking not just short-term coping strategies, but a deeper understanding of themselves and a more authentic, compassionate way of living. Together, we explore the emotional and physiological roots of these patterns, at a pace that supports safety and trust.
Drawing on Polyvagal Theory, I help clients understand their nervous system responses to stress and trauma, and support them in cultivating greater emotional regulation, resilience and self-acceptance. Sessions are collaborative, relational and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, students, academics and those with international or cross-cultural life experience. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and welcoming of difference in all its forms.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counselling and am a registered member of the BACP. I offer therapy online and by phone, in English and Finnish.
