Liam is the founder of Aligned, a UK-based therapy matching platform built to help people find the right therapist, faster. With a background in healthcare innovation, Liam previously led international expansion at Unobravo, Europe’s leading digital therapy platform, where he helped scale access to mental health support across multiple countries and languages.

For many years, Liam has worked at the intersection of technology and therapy, building tools that improve how people find support and how therapists manage their practice. He writes regularly about therapy access, the psychology of client–therapist fit, and the practical realities of building mental health products that genuinely help.

Aligned is his response to what he saw missing in the mental health space: a system that’s smart enough to match people well, but human enough to feel like someone’s got your back.
