About me
I’m a therapist who believes the foundation of good therapy is feeling safe, understood, and accepted for who you are. Over the past decade I’ve worked with adults from many different backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress at work, and periods of major life change.
My aim is to create a calm and supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life and develop practical tools to move forward.
My training includes both structured approaches, like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and more open-ended, exploratory styles. This means we can work together in the way that feels most natural to you – whether that’s focusing on specific goals, or taking time to reflect more broadly on patterns and experiences.
I see therapy as a collaborative process: I bring professional knowledge, but you bring expertise in your own life. My role is to listen closely, ask the right questions, and offer methods that fit your unique situation.
